This is great, I’m doing so much cooking. And I made vegan cookies, and had a banana topped with peanut butter and nuts and seeds and syrup and cinnamon which was basically the tastiest thing I can ever remember putting in my mouth. How am I still hungry after all those pancakes?

Guys, I made vegan pancakes, they were straight up the best pancakes I have ever had (okay, even with the ones I had at the Café Fleur-de-Lis). But I guess they weren’t as filling as pancakes with egg in them. Also I can’t sleep and it’s 3.30 so that was many hours ago, which I guess might also have something to do with it.
